Do you possess excellent arrears management * credit control skills? Are you a good communicator? If so this is the role for you!
Working for a leading Consumer Finance organisation, you will be responsible for the collection of overdue customer debts nationwide.
Contacting customers by letter and telephone, you will be discussing payment problems, coming to mutually acceptable arrangements to bring their account up to date.
With excellent negotiation and organisation skills, you will have a positive firm manner, the ability and drive to succeed and strong customer service skills. Previous experience within telephone collections is essential for this role. Working Monday to Friday opportunities are available to work either 12.30 : 8.00p.m. or 9.00a.m. to 5.00p.m.
